This is nodular melanoma, which forms 15% of melanoma cases. This occurs in a very similar way to pimples or fistulas in unusual places on the body. How to recognize nodular melanoma

First, nodular melanoma tends to appear in unusual areas of the body, such as the arms or legs. However, nothing prevents this from appearing in the areas preferred by classic pimples. So, the surest way to recognize them with the naked eye is to judge their appearance. Rounded protrusions appear on the skin. These can be red or brown like a mole. They grow very fast and are immediately identifiable. If we touch them they will appear harder than a simple pimple and may even ache slightly and bleed. This fake pimple will not go away, in fact it will continue to grow.

It is important to recognize this sign within two months of the first onset to have a better chance of survival. In fact, this melanoma grows much faster than the others.
