Transcranial magnetic stimulation slows the progression of Alzheimer’s disease by improving both patients’ clinical parameters and their everyday life. It is the first time that the efficacy of non-invasive brain stimulation has been demonstrated in a phase 2 trial, a study carried out on 50 patients for 6 months.
