Apple has awarded design awards to the best apps and games on its store. The winners emerged from the 36 finalists announced two weeks before the ongoing developer conference in Cupertino, two for each of the six categories.

In the app you can find audio books and other content dedicated to girls and girls: fairy tales that are true stories of “extraordinary women of the past and present” who can be a positive role model for girls. Award-winning for their initiatives, now the “Rebel Girls” put this further recognition in the category of social impact in their personal medals.

There are six categories of Apple Design Awards: inclusion, fun, interaction, social impact, graphics and innovation.
