Will start Monday 15 April the transfer of Polyclinic of Modena from via Del Pozzo (next to the Polyclinic) to the new headquarters in the complex Windsor Park, in Strada San Faustino. Gradually, from April 15th to April 27th, all clinics will be moved to what will become a new point of reference for specialist visits by citizens.
The transfer operations were organized in such a way as to do not suspend never completely the activity to minimize discomfort to patients.
Those who have an appointment for a visit during the moving period will be notified by the Local Health Authority – with text message to your cell phone or by phone call to your cell phone or landline – of the new location to go to with complete information on address and house number.
Appointments already scheduled are confirmed on the scheduled days and times: only the location changes, from via del Pozzo to Strada San Faustino. The clinics will be located in the Windsor Park complex in two house numbers: the mezzanine floor in Strada San Faustino 155/A and the first floor in Strada San Faustino 157/N.
During the indicated period, the ophthalmology and dietary clinics, the cardiology, ENT, allergology, urology, hematology, dermatology, neurology, endocrinology and dentistry clinics will gradually relocate.
