CaixaBank Introduces Wellbeing Week: Promoting a Healthy Culture for Employees

CaixaBank Launches Wellbeing Week to Promote Healthy Habits Among Employees

CaixaBank has introduced Wellbeing Week for the first time, offering a diverse range of activities aimed at promoting healthy habits and a culture of well-being and health among its staff. The program, taking place between April 8 and 12, includes initiatives both in person and remotely.

Employees can participate in conferences on emotional well-being and anti-inflammatory nutrition, a body ergonomics workshop, promotions, and raffles to encourage health and sports activities. Therapeutic programs focusing on functional medicine and nutrition, as well as special food menus and road safety advice, are among the activities organized by the entity to enhance the quality of life of its workers.

With the support of the Network of Wellbeing Ambassadors from all territorial directorates, CaixaBank is hosting mindfulness sessions, yoga and Pilates masterclasses, and healthy nutrition workshops throughout the territory. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to the well-being and health of its workforce, which has been recognized through certifications and awards.

The Healthy Organization project at CaixaBank is a comprehensive strategy that emphasizes the well-being of its teams. Rooted in the company’s culture and values, the project aims to promote health and healthy habits that benefit the staff, their families, clients, shareholders, investors, suppliers, the local community, and society at large.

This initiative focuses on six pillars: prevention and promotion of health and safety, emotional well-being, physical activity and sport, healthy eating, environment (adaptation of workspaces), and financial well-being. Through a healthy organization management system, CaixaBank continues to work towards continuous improvement in well-being and health to address present and future challenges.
