In Gu the Decree of the Ministry of Economy in concert with the Health that excludes ALS, primary lateral sclerosis, progressive muscular atrophy, progressive bulbar palsy and pseudobulbar palsy and spinal muscular atrophy from the list of pathologies for which check-ups are scheduled to ascertain the permanence of the state of invalidity

It was published in the Official Gazette no. 125 of 30 May, the Decree amending the 2007 law on the identification of pathologies for which check-ups to ascertain the permanence of the invalidity are excluded.

The Ministry of Economy, together with the Ministry of Health, in fact established in a single article that, in the list of disabling diseases for which check-ups are excluded, the words “progressive muscle atrophy” are replaced with “diseases of the motor neuron “thus freeing people with ALS, primary lateral sclerosis, progressive muscle atrophy, progressive bulbar palsy and pseudobulbar palsy and spinal muscular atrophy from the previously foreseen obligations.
