Ingredients:
Finely grate the carrots, grate or cut the cabbage into fine strips and season lightly with salt. Mix with the carrots and let sit for 30 minutes. Clean the onion and apple and also cut them into fine strips or cubes.
Put all prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and yogurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, a little vinegar and caraway. Chop the parsley, cut the chives into fine rolls and add to the salad.
