Rome, May 12 (beraking latest news Salute) – A group of citizens has decided to appeal to the Lazio TAR against the CTS decision to move the recall for the Pfizer vaccine to 42 days. “After a discussion with various lawyers, we inform you that there are the conditions to proceed through an urgent appeal to the TAR and ask for the suspension of the provision by which the recall of Pfizer vaccine is postponed from 21 to 35 days”. Stefania Sambataro, coordinator of the Facebook group ‘The Pfizer (Comirnaty) recall we do it after 21 days’, which has 1045 members, writes in a post where the form to join the appeal is published.
In the group there are many comments against the decision to extend the recall of the vaccine, the messages mainly concern the hesitation in the face of the risks of a lengthening of the times and the related immune coverage.
