Early clarification of problem behavior
If you identify changes in work and social behavior, it is the responsibility of the managerial staff to face the situation. This is only possible with an early discussion. This is particularly successful if the company creates the basis for this, for example by bindingly stating in a company agreement which measures are to be taken when and how in the case of addiction. The talks that take place as part of such a phased plan are demanding. Appropriate guidelines and psychological training courses can prepare managers and personnel managers for this and increase the chances of the intervention program being successful.
