The social network on blockchain launches a security token offer

by admin

A social network where users can share content and decide independently whether to ask for money for the use of the same or limit themselves to receiving free donations, in any case only and exclusively through cryptocurrency. This is, in short, the mission of Cam.TV, a startup developed between Italy, Austria and Estonia, which launches into a new crowdfunding collection through Sto, Security Token Offering.
This is a sale on the market of tokenized participation rights: Cam.TV will sell through the issuer Digital Fastlane up to 43,750,000 euros of security token rights, divided into a maximum of 35,000,000 single pieces with a nominal value of 1.25 euros each giving a right to participate in the turnover of the platform.
As of May 2021, the platform had a total of over 400,000 subscribers, almost 6,000 subscribers and a number of transactions of over 18 million.

After closing a crowdfunding worth over 3 million euros three years ago, the company has decided to carry out this new operation, which starts on June 2 and ends on December 31, 2021, and which prides itself on being the first of its kind fully compliant. European regulations, being regulated by the Austrian financial supervisory authority FMA, according to the company.
Cam.TV is a social media based on blockchain technology that allows users to learn, share and promote information and knowledge on an online platform and to monetize their contents directly on a single channel and in a disintermediated form through donations in Lkscoin cryptocurrency, based on blockchain born from a Dash coin split, and secure, fast and low-cost payments.
The offer takes place instead on the Ethereum blockchain. Private investors will be able to purchase Cam Tokens for a minimum subscription of 800 pieces directly online on the www.camtv.io platform through the German financial intermediary Black Manta Capital. After purchase, the tokens can be credited to any type of wallet that supports ERC-20 tokens, the Ethereum standard.
“With the fundraising, Cam.TV aims to protect copyright and limit the spread of fake news by integrating a system for the generation of Non-fungible Token (Nft), certified of encrypted authenticity linked to the contents of the Creators ā€said the founder Gabriele Visintini. “An important novelty in the field of social media that allows at the same time to generate a secondary market for the resale of copyright and the distribution of royalties.”
