Eight new entries in the Italian Tech Startup Database

3DNextech, Midori, Allelic, Smartpricing, Where I live, Ricehouse, I confirm e Sellrapido are the eight new startups entered today in the Italian Tech Startup Database launched on 23 September last (who the explanation of the motivations and objectives). 3DNextech is a spin-off of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies which produces and sells machinery and systems for optimization and automation for three-dimensional printing and additive manufacturing. It closed a € 750,000 investment round with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (through its Startup Relaunch Fund) in co-matching following the 2020 capital increase with A11 Venture. The startup was founded in Livorno by Andrea Arienti in 2015.

Midori, is a startup that offers energy analysis and smart metering services. It closed a € 1.7 million investment round with FairConnect (controlled by the Palamon fund), Investors Club, e Accelerators Club, former partner of the company. The company was founded in 2011 in Turin by Christian Camarda, Awet Abraha Girmay, Davide Comba, Francesca De Santis and Virginia Vassallo and was previously incubated at I3P – Incubator of the Polytechnic of Turin.

Allelic, a startup that developed gene risk analysis software, raised € 1.75 million in a round led by Ventures Value e Sternberg Health and attended by Pi Campus e business angel. The company was founded in 2017 by Giordano Bottà, Paolo di Domenico and George Busby. The startup recently discovered the relationship between DNA and heart attack risk.

Smartpricing developed a revenue management platform for hoteliers: it raised € 1 million from Trentino Development e Cassa Rurale di Ledro. The company was founded in 2020 by Eugenio Bancaro, Luca Rodella and Tommaso Centonze.
