Heavy Rains Cause Flooding at Varese Rowing Club
Recent heavy rains have resulted in additional flooding on the Varese Rowers membership, inflicting concern amongst members and athletes. The rising lake waters have entered the membership’s hangar, reaching the gymnasium and rendering the bogs and showers out of order. To restrict the injury, instruments and gear have been positioned in elevated positions.
This is just not the primary time the membership has skilled flooding, with members recalling an identical incident in November 2014 when the complete floor flooring of the headquarters was submerged by over 30 centimeters of water.
