Aloe gel

The gel present in the Aloe leaves has soothing, calming and anti-inflammatory properties. In a review a few years ago (Abid AM et al, 2018) all the therapeutic potential of this plant was highlighted. In fact, we are talking not only about anti-inflammatory properties, but also healing, hypoglycemic, antitumor and gastroprotective properties. It is therefore no coincidence that Aloe vera is the basis of numerous commercial applications.

Hypericum oil

Hypericum, or “St. John’s Wort”, is a plant well known for its medicinal, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties (Wölfle U. et al, 2014). Its flowers are used for infusions and herbal teas, but also for the preparation of Hypericum oil. A massage with this oil could reduce localized pain and tension on the neck and shoulders. It is not recommended to expose yourself to the sun immediately after applying this oil as it makes the skin sensitive to sunlight.
