Fire at the Alberto Sordi school in via Taggia, in Torrevecchia, which had been a construction site for years. On the evening of January 1, the flames engulfed the roof of the gym, destroying it, and damaged part of the first floor of the institute. The school was not operational as it had been undergoing renovations for some time: the works began in 2015, with an expected deadline “by 2017”.
