Turn on the oven and stove as little as possible to avoid the heat and save gas and electricity. In the summer, the way of cooking and eating also changes. According to data from a Legacoop/Ipsos survey, 47% of Italians have reduced the use of the oven, 31% have increased the consumption of foods that require quick cooking, 29% the consumption of foods that do not require cooking and 24% cook large quantities of food that are portioned and frozen.
