Just after being caught in the center of a storm of accusations, Konrad Tomaszkiewics, the former game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and production lead/secondary game director of The Rider 2077, who recently left CD Projekt, has confirmed that he has formed a company called Rebel Wolves. ‘s new game development studio.
The studio, made up of a number of former CD Projekt staff and veterans of The Witcher franchise, Traitor 2077, Gwent: The Fall of Kings and Shadow Warrior 2, will Committed to building a new “dark fantasy RPG” using Unreal Engine 5, and it will be “the first planned long-form saga”.

While the team is currently recruiting new members, we’re informed that Tomaszkiewics will serve as CEO and game director, Daniel Sadowski (The Witcher 1) will serve as design director, Jakub Szamałek (The Witcher 3, The Witcher 2077, The Witcher 2077, Gwent: The Fall of a King) will be the narrative director and lead writer, Tamara Zawada (The Witcher 3, Shadow Fighter 2) will be the animation director, and Bartłomiej Gaweł (The Witcher 1-3) will be the art director. Michał Boryka will be Treasurer and Robert Murzynowski will be Head of Studio.
