Ingredients for the marinade:

Pour the fruit juice into a saucepan and reduce to 3 tbsp. Add the passion fruit pulp and stir. Season the marinade with olive oil, lime juice and honey.

Ingredients for vegetables and shrimp:

Cut the shrimp open until just before the end of the tail and remove the intestines. Clean the peppers, cut them into pieces and remove the seeds. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the chili and peppers into strips. Remove the seeds as necessary. They increase the spiciness. Peel and slice the garlic and onions. Halve the avocados with the peel on and remove the seeds.

Heat olive and rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the avocado halves on the cut edges until a light crust forms. Turn over and sprinkle with chili flakes, sugar and a little salt. Put aside.

Heat some vegetable oil in another pan and sauté the peppers, chili, tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add the shrimp. Salt, pepper and add a little sugar to everything. Fry again for a few minutes until the shrimp are cooked. Finally, pour in the marinade and mix everything together.

Sprinkle the vegetables and shrimp with pieces of feta cheese and return the avocados to the pan. Serve in the pan with crusty white bread on the side.
