Ingredients:
Roughly chop the walnuts. Roast the sesame and flax seeds in a pan without fat. Pour half of the yoghurt into a glass, layer half of the berries and nuts on top, add salt and spices. Repeat with the remaining ingredients in the same order. Leave 1 teaspoon of yoghurt per serving, add it to the glass at the end and sprinkle the roasted seeds over it.
