“Health first of all”, but in the meantime public health is sinking: is it so difficult to understand?

As you know I deal with philosophy and the philosopher from his origins does nothing but question the phenomenal reality, that is, of things as they appear. The philosopher is not satisfied with things as they appear prima facie but look for the root deep of their appearance and therefore goes in search of the causes. As he says Aristotle in Metaphysics the philosopher is born because he tries to escape ignorance, he is amazed byexistence of things around him and is animated by the desire to discover the causes. So let me try philosophically to reason about everything that is happening around us.

For a year and a half they have been repeating to the beat that they are doing everything for ours salute.

Here then is that the philosopher at this point asks a double calm question.
First point: why if health is so important have they so ruthlessly cut public health in the previous thirty years? Because consequently if health is so important than the funds destined for Italy since Recovery Fund the smallest slice is the one intended for health care?
Second question: why does a patient struggle so much to book exams, visits and assessments, seeing very often reservations slipped by even months and then they go to hunt down, according to a horrendous lexicon in vogue today, with so much emphasis, those who are simply healthy even if redefined asymptomatic sick?
The asymptomatic sufferer is one oxymoric category. This is the way in which it was chosen to pass for sick those who until 2019 were considered in technical terms “healthy carriers”.
Let’s face it, each of us is a healthy carrier of an infinite variety of viruses and bacteria, nevertheless it is a subject healthy. Well, if we are all potentially asymptomatic sick, this means that none of us are healthy except perhaps in the 48 hours covered by the swab. This means that there is no longer a society of citizens with rights and duties, there is only a large clinic for patients who must necessarily and without exception be subjected to medical treatments prescribed by diligent white coats.

Then the philosopher, who loves questions and is a lover of truth, asks placidly: are we really sure that it is only a medical-health emergency or should we not begin to imagine that it is also a huge laboratory of building new social, political and economic landscapes for the future?
New workshops that are sculpting themselves on the very foundation of one new political rationality, economic and social made possible by the emergency as a method of governance. The emergency, what makes this total and totalitarian reorganization of society possible, has been the new normal for some time, as we have said several times. Reasoning in philosophical terms we must go beyond the phenomenal nature of the medical-scientific discourse, of the medical-scientific ideology as he would say Marx, to discover how underlying it there is a total and totalitarian reorganization of society that uses the emergency as a method of governance.
