I still remember that I thought it was a love game, and opened it with full expectation…but it is an inexplicable plot…and the fear brought by Monica…, the game “Doki Doki Literature Club!” Do you remember? In those days, it was called banned by many countries, and down to the point where all the live broadcasters gritted their teeth and finished this horrible game, but the real ending was uncontrollable.
Four years have passed since its launch in 2017, and it is finally going to return to the eyes of players again, “Heartbeat Literature Department Plus!” “The original developer Team Salvato and overseas publisher Serenity Forge, based on the original story of the original brand new plot debut, this time the launch of the Plus version adds the following content:
- 6 new side stories about friendship and literature, accumulating hours of new game content.
- More than 100 hidden pictures are waiting for you to unlock, including new original artwork, wallpaper, concept sketches for the first time and more exciting content.
- A total of 26 music tracks, of which 13 hidden new tracks will be produced by Nikki Kaelar and special guests Jason Hayes and Azuria Sky.
- The game has a built-in DDLC music player, which allows you to customize the playlist, listen to your favorite songs and relax, or you can play single songs in a loop and never stop.
- Super-realistic visual upgrade, all paintings are now upgraded to the highest resolution (1080p).
The PC version is officially on sale on Steam today (1st)! What’s more surprising is that even Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PS5 will launch physical/digital download versions in Asia on October 7th. There will also be a deluxe first-run special boxed version (pre-orders are already available). The contents include:

- Heartbeat Literature Society Member Card
- Limited special edition poem written by Monica
- Limited edition for Asia: 4 sets of original bookmarks
