The method has gained popularity after being shared by Justin Agustin, a fitness coach with over 1.7 million followers on TikTok. Agustin claims that by following this specific sequence, individuals can fall asleep in less than two minutes.

The process begins with a moment of calm and relaxation, systematically relaxing each part of the body from head to toe. It involves focusing on breathing and mentally creating a warm, tingling sensation while imagining a flow of heat from the heart to the toes. To free the mind from anxiety, Agustin suggests imagining scenarios like lying in a canoe on a still lake or lying in a black velvet hammock in a dark room. If distractions occur, the individual should repeat the words “Don’t think” for 10 seconds.

Despite the lack of scientific studies confirming the effectiveness of this technique, Agustin claims that repeating the procedure every night for six weeks should allow individuals to fall asleep in less than two minutes each time.
