“Even from meetings like these we must look to the future of a sport that is changing. Together, in a team logic, we are called to create the offer to respond to the new demand”. This was said by Diego Nepi Molineris, CEO of Sport and Health in front of the over 300 people present who took part in the Treviso stage of the national journey on the topic of sports work, promoted by Sport and Health and the National Order of Labor Consultants.
“Sport is the future – said Nepi Molineris – and these events serve to look together at what will happen. The signs show us an increasingly unstructured sports system, which will have as its driving force the fabric of amateur sports associations and clubs called upon to become the new aggregation centers for children and to promote the fundamental social contract between young people and adults. Our commitment – added the CEO of the State Society for the Development of Sports – is to support sports entities by intervening on management costs, equipment and systems. It is precisely from the Veneto region with its over 10 thousand sports organisations, one for every 448 inhabitants, that we want to send a message of the future to a system which, also thanks to this reform, can acquire the dignity it deserves, shedding anachronistic moorings to become a protagonist in the world that changes”.
Among those present in the room, in an audience made up of representatives of sports associations and clubs as well as labor consultants, was also Giorgio Buzzavo, basketball player and above all symbolic figure of sport and sports entrepreneurship in Treviso. “He, with the 0246 laboratory, was the forerunner – recalled Nepi Molineris – of the concept of a free and equipped playground for children, which is one of the pillars of our “Illumina” project which will involve all of Italy”.
After the institutional greetings from the deputy mayor of Treviso, Alessandro Manera, the Treasurer of the Order of Labor Consultants, Stefano Sassara and the Councilor of the Provincial Order of Labor Consultants, Micol Toffoletti illustrated the main issues regarding the recent reform, responding in timely and concrete manner to the questions and needs that have emerged to date, while the Coordinator of the operational management of the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities for Sport and Health, Aldo Alatri, presented the important tool for dialogue between institutions and companies.
At the end of the meeting, ample space was given to question time, with questions that the many present at the seminar were able to ask directly to the CEO and the representatives of the Order.
