Italian Tech sent me, the right to use technologies

by admin

Anyone has the right to use IT and telematic technologies and tools in relations and communications with public offices.

Everyone can claim to use tools such as spid, app IO, electronic payments, mail or pec and digital signature, instead of the traditional methods of communication and relationship with the public administration (such as sending a registered letter, accessing the physical counter, filling out and signing a paper document).

The goal is one simpler and more efficient relationship between administrations and users, always guaranteeing the security of communications and data protection.

AGAINST WHICH SUBJECTS CAN THE RIGHT BE EXERCISED?

  • public administrations (e.g. municipalities, provinces, regions, ministries, local health authorities, schools, universities, professional associations, port system authorities, independent administrative authorities)
  • public service operators (e.g. companies that manage local public transport, postal service provider)
  • publicly controlled companies (e.g. municipal companies)

WHAT CAN YOU DO THANKS TO THE RIGHT TO USE TECHNOLOGIES?

  • browse the websites of the administrations and find all the information on services and procedures, as well as valid and updated models.
  • to know the status in which a case is found (in a similar way to what happens for the tracking of an online order), the name and e-mail address of the person in charge of it.
  • access the documents and files that concern us.
  • send to administrations and public service managers and receive digital communications and documents from them.
