LThe North West Tuscany Local Health Authority informs that in the area of Pisa, Dr. Tiziano Lami he will cease his activity as general practitioner starting from next Monday 6 December. Still in the area of Pisa, the doctor will start her activity from Monday 13 December Gaia Coluccia.
To change the general practitioner or pediatrician of free choice, the North West Tuscany USL invites you not to go to the counters and to use one of the following alternative methods:
– the Open Toscana portal;
– the SmartSST App of the Tuscany Region;
– the PuntoSi Totems;
– request by email or through the appropriate online form by connecting to the dedicated link
