Ubisoft announced today that “Extreme Republic” is now available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows PC (Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store) platforms.
The Extreme Republic, developed by Ubisoft Annecy Studio, invites players to a lively social playground, allowing them to experience the thrill of outdoor sports in an open world with dense players. Players and their friends will roam freely in the vast and energetic open world. They can compete with each other and perform crazy through a series of exciting sports, such as cycling, skiing, snowboarding, flying squirrel and rocket flying squirrel. Acrobatics. Whether players want to fly in the air with their friends, or venture to conquer hills and canyons alone, they can discover all kinds of exciting moments and activities.
“Ultimate Republic” will allow players to venture through some of the most amazing scenery in the United States. - Mass racing: compete with more than 50 players in these spectacular, crazier, better multiple sports competitions*. New racing will appear randomly on the map, so players should always observe their blind spots, protect their position, stay clever, use their skills, and fight all the way to the end.
- Battle: Players can participate in any professional event with up to 5 friends to see who is the best.
- Stunts: Players will distinguish themselves in this 6 vs. 6 competition, and try to perform as many stunts on various stick objects to earn points. The team with the highest score wins.
- Unlimited tournaments: In this mode, players can challenge up to 11 opponents through the selected tournament playlist and let others see what a master is.
In the player’s career, they can make themselves famous through 5 different career advancements. As players continue to prove their prowess in “Ultimate Republic”, they will sign with legendary sponsors and receive invitations to the most well-known sports competitions, including Red Bull Rampage and X Games. Players can customize their athletes by upgrading equipment and defining every aspect of their character. Whether the player’s athlete wants to become a master snowboarder or the fastest cyclist, everything is possible.
The first year of “Extreme Republic” brings a grand opening pre-season celebration, three themed quarters, and a wealth of free content updates for all players, including new multiplayer modes, instant events, and weekly challenges and many more. Players who have the first-year pass will be able to enjoy additional content early, including special sets, bundles of appearances, and BMX sport additional content.
In order to further enhance the multiplayer experience, “Extreme Republic” will support cross-platform play and cross-generational play, allowing players to communicate with friends and other athletes on all platforms. *Players who purchase “Ultimate Republic” on Xbox One or PlayStation®4 platforms can upgrade the game to the next-generation version on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation®5 consoles for free*.
