At the origin of the neurological symptoms of Long Covid there could be insidious immune upheavals. In fact, ‘brain fog’, headaches, sleep disturbances, attention and concentration problems, memory impairments could be signs that the immune system has gone haywire. At least that’s what a group of researchers from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) found in a small study of 12 people with persistent neurological symptoms after an initial Sars-CoV-2 infection.
