A study conducted by experts from the Veronesi Foundation warns us of the effects of some of our choices. Fortunately, we live in a free country where we can drink pretty much anything we want but we need to know the consequences. And, if we plan to lose weight in the summer, we should avoid alcohol. If we think, in fact, that a glass of wine already brings more or less 80 kilocalories, we cannot be surprised to learn that beer has many more. Of course, it depends on what beer we choose. A normal beer is around 100 kilocalories, while there is one that has almost double that. In fact, we are talking about double malt beer which on average has about 170 kilocalories per mug.
