BOLOGNA – A quarrel between two 15-year-olds that breaks out in the courtyard of a middle school. The epilogue outside the institute: a settling of scores filmed by some schoolmates, who, having big laughs, took up the scene with their smartphones. Only when one of the two is ruined to the ground, then the friends approached keeping the other at a distance, who in the general excitement reported the dislocation of a shoulder. In hospital he was granted a 20-day prognosis for “right shoulder dislocation, left eyelid hematoma and left eye subconjunctival hemorrhage”.
The father of the bruised boy filed a complaint with the Carabinieri of Medicine, who in reconstructing the facts also acquired a video made by one of those present and posted on social networks, in which it is possible to see the quarrel between the two teenagers amidst the amused screams of friends . Two of the latter, together with the other young man involved in the fight, are now being held accountable for the crime of personal injury.
