The President of the Council Giorgia Meloni has arrived in Udine, in Piazzale Osoppo, from where the parade of the black pens will soon start, the highlight of the 94th national gathering of the Alpini.
Among the civil and military authorities present waiting for her are the Minister of Defence Guido Crosettothe minister for relations with the Parliament Luca Ciriani and the president of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Massimiliano Fedriga.

So there is a need for moments like these” said Meloni according to which “The important thing that this nation has is awareness of itself, of its value, of its bond with the principle of belonging and homeland. “Here there are people who come not only from all over Italy but from all over the world to remember their roots and it is the most precious thing we have. Today is Mother’s Day but we always have another mother who is the Homeland, without this bond there is nothing we can do. So coming here to savor a little of this feeling is a very precious thing,” said the Prime Minister.
‘Alpini, the most beautiful family’ opens the show in Udine The parade of the 94th National Alpini Gathering has kicked off in Udine. The procession opened with a banner with the motto of the event ‘Alpini, the most beautiful family’, behind that of the equal opportunities commission of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region for respect for women and against gender-based violence. The graduates of the Apine troops and various banners of the Friulian municipalities also paraded, including that of the Municipality of Udine which hosts the event. Also present were the banners of the international federation of mountain soldiers who paraded with a large delegation. And then the national banner of the Ana with 212 gold medals for military valor.
