The Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) of the IRCCS Regina Elena National Cancer Institute of Rome, established in 2018, is a multidisciplinary committee that interprets the results of genomic and molecular tests to identify personalized therapies. The goal is to carry out molecular diagnostic investigations of the highest level, and detect the presence of mutations in the tumors of the patients enrolled, and then associate the right therapy with the mutational structure of the disease.
