Nintendo Switch sales have surpassed PS3, with total game shipments reaching 587 million sets

According to recent estimates by VGChartz, it is known that the global sales of Switch consoles have exceeded the total career sales of PS3 consoles. As of June 19, 2021, the combined sales of the original Switch and Switch Lite in the week were 375,106 units, and its total career sales reached 87.43 million units. Surpassing the PS3’s total career sales of 87.4 million units, which makes the Switch console the seventh-selling console product in history.

In terms of market division, 29.73 million units were sold in the North American market, 22.72 million units were sold in the European market, and 20.34 million units were sold in Japan.

Seventh place: “Super Mario Party”-14.79 million
Eighth place: “PokĆ©mon Let’s Go: Pikachu/Ibrahimovic”-13.28 million
Ninth place “Splatoon 2”-12.21 million
Tenth place “New Super Mario Bros. U”-10.44 million
