After months of hiatus, too in Milan the gyms have reopened. “It is the first step towards normality”, explains Luca, who manages a room in Città Studi where a dozen people await the start of the cross-fit lesson. They arrive already changed because, according to the latest provisions of the Scientific Technical Committee, it is not possible to take a shower or use the changing rooms, but the desire to return to exercise together and spaced out prevails. “Smart working helps to afford to arrive already changed, but in a normal situation it would already be challenging”Says one of the gym customers. The hope for all is that soon we can return to teaching as before the pandemic. “Cross Fit prepares you for any challenge – concludes Luca – so even to face these seven months of closure, we experienced it as a demanding challenge, but we are here”.
