The debate on the inclusion of the Green Pass obligation in the workplace is proceeding but the Government is turning a deaf ear to the demands of the unions and associations.
The obligation of the Green Pass for all Healthcare workers is coming: here are the main reasons that are leading to this drastic decision.
Finding the deception to the deception.
Made the law, found the deception. There are a few thousand public employees who have somehow diverted from vaccination duty.
The Government and the Companies expected defections but this numerical mass was not thought of. Reasoning on the phenomenon has led us to think of the convenience of being able to be relocated rather than suspended, as is largely happening in all Italian health agencies.
In short, we work but without having to vaccinate.
And there are cases in which the removal from the workload of the department is experienced as a lightening of the work experience.
For this reason it was thought of a deception to deception: to enter work you need the Green Pass, which means being healed for a maximum of 6 months from Covid, getting vaccinated or being continuously subjected to tampons.
Eliminate smart working.
Brunetta was clear: smart working must be eliminated as soon as possible because from a potential productivity optimization tool it can easily be transformed into a loss of control over the employee’s operations.
With the introduction of the Green Pass, anyone could return to work while maintaining security measures but being able to enjoy a more “safe” environment.
This aim is to intervene above all on the administrative, training and organizational areas of the NHS.
Third dose.
As we had anticipated, the campaign for the third mandatory dose for healthcare personnel should begin in late autumn. The introduction of the Green Pass obligation would lead to a new leap forward in the data of vaccinated health personnel, so as to reach the “third round” with an even greater number of suitable candidates.
The obligation will be discussed but it now seems all done. In the coming weeks we will be informed of the details of the obligation, subject to probable softening due to the debate with trade unions and trade associations.
