Celebrating Celiac Disease Week: Municipality of Ragusa to Serve Gluten-Free Meals in Schools

May 11 to 19, 2024 marks Celiac Disease Week, a possibility to lift consciousness about celiac illness and gluten-free vitamin. The Italian Celiac Association (AIC) has launched the venture “Everyone on the desk collectively”, urging municipalities and colleges to take part by providing gluten-free menus in class canteens.
