Evicted in his Ostia. It is in progress eviction of the house of Roberto Belongs, exponent of the homonymous clan, best known for the attack on a Rai journalist, Daniel Pier Vincenzo, during an interview carried out for the program ‘Nemo – Nobody excluded’ on November 7, 2017. The activity is carried out by the carabinieri of the investigative unit of the Ostia group. The property, illegally occupied, is located in via Guido Vincon. At the moment there are no critical issues.
First the kidnapping
On April 22, the same military had carried out a decree of seizure estimate of the property by delegation of the prosecutor of Rome and order of the investigating judge.
Roberto Spada had been illegally occupying the social housing for 17 years, i.e. since 2006.

Process in progress: he risks another 10 years
But Roberto Spada is also awaiting the sentence of the Cassation for another trial in which he is accused: next July 5 he could see his 10 years’ imprisonment for mafia associationdespite being acquitted of a double homicide charge (that of Giovanni Galleoni e Francesco Antonini, belonging to a rival clan).
