R+V’s company health insurance (bKV) customers now have access to a wide range of health services free of charge.
R+V offers its insured members free health services exclusively in company health insurance as part of the new R+V health concept PROFIL with the R+V HealthBenefits. These range from the R+V-FamilyCoach and R+V-BestSpecialist to a health telephone and an interactive service platform. R+V would like to give employers the opportunity to offer their employees helpful services for their everyday private and professional lives. The new R+V health concept PROFIL, launched in December 2023, is aimed primarily at small and medium-sized companies and includes numerous components such as budget tariffs of up to 1,500 euros per year.
The R+V-FamilyCoach accompanies users from family planning through pregnancy to the first years as parents. The many offers include, among other things, the provision of fertility advice, a digital midwife service and speech therapy help for small children.
At R+V-BestSpecialist, R+V service partners help you find a suitable specialist, a second opinion or a suitable clinic in the event of serious illnesses or operations.
The R+V health hotline is a free hotline that people seeking advice about health problems can contact if they do not want to see a doctor directly. Medically trained experts provide callers with appropriate tips and recommendations on the health hotline, which is manned around the clock.
The interactive service platform contains many different digital offerings. These include, for example, guides on nutrition or intestinal health, digital yoga courses and back exercises as well as numerous guide articles. There is also a nationwide childcare service if your own childcare is spontaneously canceled and care needs to be arranged at short notice near your home.
“Company health insurance is an excellent way for employers to find new employees, retain employees in the company and keep them fit,” emphasizes Stefan Huhn, CEO of R+V Krankenversicherung AG. “The additional digital services complement the many advantages of our PROFIL health concept. As a health partner, R+V supports the insured in prevention and helps in the event of illness.”
About the PROFILE health concept
As of December 2023, R+V Versicherung has reorganized its PROFIL health concept. The focus is on new, high-performance budget tariffs for an annual amount of up to 1,500 euros. In addition to services for outpatient check-ups, visual aids, naturopathy and dental care, services for dentures can also be used. The option to combine with modular tariffs for trips abroad and dentures offers maximum flexibility. The bKV concept waives the need for a health check for employees and there are no waiting times. It is also possible to exempt contributions during pay-free periods. Relatives can be co-insured with appropriate tariffs and thus also benefit from high-quality private health protection at attractive conditions. The R+V health concept PROFIL is aimed at companies with five or more employees.
