Sampdoria Gears Up for Home Match Against Brescia

As Sampdoria prepares for their upcoming home match against Brescia on Saturday afternoon, the team is hard at work under the Bogliasco sun. The morning started with a strength training session in the gym, followed by athletic activation on the main pitch, and a mini-match tournament on the upper pitch. This comprehensive training roadmap was developed by head coach Andrea Pirlo and the technical staff at the “Mugnaini.”

Individual work was also a key focus of the day’s training, with players Leonardo Benedetti, Nicola Murru, Pajtim Kasami, and Gerard Yepes taking part in group sessions before continuing with individual training to manage overload. Additionally, several players, including Fabio Borini, Andrea Conti, Sebastiano Esposito, Samuel Ntanda, Estanislau Pedrola, and Ronaldo Vieira, followed individual recovery paths as part of their training regimen.

The team will reconvene for another training session on Wednesday morning as they continue to prepare for their upcoming match. Stay tuned for more updates on Sampdoria’s training and preparation for the highly anticipated match against Brescia.
