Steve Jobs’ last public speech, in June 2011

On June 7, 2011 Steve Jobs made one of his last public appearances, captured by cameras while speaking during a session of the Cupertino city council. Jobs, who will die of pancreatic cancer a few months later, in October 2011, speaks on this occasion about the new campus designed by Apple, a headquarters shaped like a “spaceship”. Jobs lists the design of the structure to the council, featuring curved glass and renewable energy sources.
