We are used to thinking of age as a value that increases over time, but since the discovery of biological clocks we know that this relationship is not always linear. The stress it could be a powerful accelerator of aging but there is a solution.
When asked for age, we automatically think of the year of our birth and subtract it from the current year, thus obtaining our age, i.e. the years of life lived.
