Sunday 12 May is celebrated Nurse’s Day to thank the over 4750 nurses who every day in the Modena area are committed to guaranteeing assistance both in the departments and in the territory. A precious resource, always on the front line serving citizens. Even the Local Health Authority of Modena, the University Hospital of Modena and the Sassuolo Spa Hospital, the Hesperia Hospital together with the Order of Nursing Professions of Modena celebrate the day with a series of initiatives to remember the fundamental role of this figure, who even more so in recent years, particularly in the difficult pandemic phase, has been able to adapt to a constantly changing context by deploying skills and humanity.
On the day of Saturday 11 Mayfrom 9 to 12, at the entrances of the hospitals of Baggiovara, Policlinico, Hesperia, Carpi, Mirandola, Vignola, Sassuolo and Pavullo, nurses operating in the Modena area will be present to disseminate information on healthy lifestyles and it will be possible to learn more about the profession outside the usual care contexts.
