If today and tomorrow there are 10 capitals in the grip of the heat, in fact, on Saturday there will be as many as 16. This is what emerges from the ministry’s bulletin on heat waves, which takes into consideration 27 urban centres.
The 10 cities with the red dot today and tomorrow are Bologna, Campobasso, Florence, Frosinone, Latina, Perugia, breaking latest news, Rieti, Rome and Viterbo. Bari, Cagliari, Messina, breaking latest news, Catania and Civitavecchia will be added to the list on Saturday.
As for the municipalities with an orange dot, which indicate the maximum level of risk for the fragile population (the elderly, children and those with chronic diseases), today they are 5 (Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Civitavecchia and Messina), tomorrow 6 (also Palermo) and on Saturday there will be 3 (Brescia, Palermo and Reggio Calabria). Green dot weather conditions (no heat risk for everyone) on Saturday for Turin: today they are Venice and Verona and tomorrow Turin too.
