The anti-stress diet for a healthy intestinal microbiota: menus and recipes

In stressful conditions, the organism activates particular hormones: adrenaline, noradrenaline and, above all, cortisol, considered the metabolic and hormonal stress hormone. An excess of this hormone causes an accumulation of fat especially in the upper part of the body (shoulders, arms, neck, waist …), it alters the synthesis of proteins and causes muscle loss, with the consequence that losing weight becomes even more difficult.

To overcome this situation, Dr. Corrado Pierantoni has elaborated the anti-stress diet which includes 5 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. In this guide you will find weekly menus and recipes.
