We need “concrete and immediate initiatives to mend the increasingly frayed public network of Mental Health Departments”. This is the appeal made by 91 directors of the Mental Health Departments in an open letter addressed, among others, to the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, to the presidents of the Chamber and Senate, Lorenzo Fontana and Ignazio La Russa, to the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci, to the president of the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces Massimiliano Fedriga.
