Cocai Express is the first, and currently only, food delivery platform in Venice (cocai, from the dialect, “seagulls”). Initially born as a Facebook page during the first lockdown, in order to support the lagoon restaurateurs already tried by the high water of November 2019 with the deliveries, the platform starts from the idea of ​​three young boys, all lacking in computer programming: Guglielmo Zanini (former professional rugby player), Giovanni Torcellan (bartender manager) and Tommaso Ramadoro (mathematician).
