Ingredients for the tiramisu:

Prepare espresso and let it cool completely. Place mascarpone, cream and sugar in a food processor. Beat the ingredients slowly for a few minutes until a creamy mixture is formed.

Pour the cooled espresso into a bowl. If you like, add some coffee or almond liqueur. Briefly dip the ladyfingers into the liquid on both sides and immediately place them in a baking dish. Cover the entire base with the ladyfingers, then add half of the mascarpone cream and smooth it out.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers briefly in espresso and spread on the cream as a second layer. Finish with another layer of cream. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

Ingredients for the orange salad:

Peel the oranges and blood oranges down to the skin. Cut out the fillets between the skins and divide them. Pour blood orange juice into a saucepan and reduce by two thirds until creamy. Place the citrus fruits in a bowl and mix with the reduced juice. Pull the mint leaves from the stems, chop them roughly and add them. If you like, you can sweeten the orange salad a little and drizzle some fine olive oil over it.

Arrange:

Divide tiramisu into pieces and place on plates. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and pour over some juice from the orange salad. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve with the orange salad.
