People who practiced walking for 20 to 40 minutes and dancing significantly improved cardiovascular health. In particular, walking and dancing improved the memory of the subjects, who at the end of the study were able to remember past events much more easily.

The subjects who instead practiced stretching did not find any improvement from the cerebral point of view.
