To what extent can mentally ill people be dangerous?

Over 700 people with high social danger, offenders, in our Pease free. Not to mention the other 15,000 on probation entrusted to the Mental Health Departments. The news, recently released by the Italian Society of Psychiatry (SIP), deserves to be investigated in order to avoid exploitation and to be able to direct the institutions towards appropriate legislative responses.
