Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the conference to be held in Switzerland on Ukraine, where Russia was not invited, a “freak show”, a freak show. Tass reports it. “Russia is ready for talks on Ukraine, but without imposing any positions on Moscow that are not based on reality,” Putin said. “Now, as you know, the idea of holding some kind of conference in Switzerland is spreading; we are not invited there, moreover they think that we should not be there, while they say that without us it is impossible to decide anything”, Putin specified in a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Russian forces have launched a massive airstrike across Ukraine targeting critical infrastructure in various regions. An electricity plant near the capital has been completely destroyed. As President Putin himself has admitted, the recent bombing of Ukraine’s energy grid, which led to severe power outages, follows the Kremlin’s goal of “demilitarizing” Ukraine.
According to NATO country intelligence sources, Russia is aiming ‘for a collapse of Kiev’ and to install ‘a phantom government’ in Ukraine and then deal only with the United States and China, cutting off Europe and Zelensky.
