For the medical care of the civilian population in Ukraine, aid organizations can now export medicines quickly and unbureaucratically. With a general decree, the Federal Ministry of Health also enables the export of certain pharmaceuticals that fall under the Narcotics Act without having to obtain export permits in individual cases.
