THE prefects from all over Italy have brought together the provincial committees and planned the interventions to verify that the obligation to allow access within the premises is respected only those who prove to be vaccinated with at least one dose, cured in the last six months, or negative to the swab carried out within 48 hours previous.

The verifiers

The list of places to check
The decree provides that checks are carried out for:
Catering services provided by any establishment for consumption at the table, indoors;
Shows open to the public, sporting events and competitions;
Museums, other institutes and places of culture and exhibitions;
Pool, swimming centers, gymnasiums, team sports, wellness centers, even within receptive structures, limited to indoor activities;
Festivals and fairs, conferences and congresses;
Thermal centers, theme and amusement parks;
Cultural centers, social and recreational centers, limitamente to the attivit to the closed and with exclusion of the educational centers for the infancy, comprised the centers estivi, and the relative attivit of restoration;
Game rooms, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos.
What sanctions and to whom
Who is found without a green pass where mandatory risks the fine from 400 to 1,000 euros.
